Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and straightforward.

Custom Tiny Homes

Due to the made-to-order nature of custom tiny homes, all sales are final once production begins. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom builds unless:

  • The unit arrives damaged due to shipping

  • The unit is not built to the agreed specifications

If either occurs, contact us within 7 days of delivery with detailed documentation (photos, written description), and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Standard Units (If Offered)

If you purchase a pre-built, non-customized unit:

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery

  • The unit must be in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

  • A restocking fee may apply

Refunds are issued after the returned unit passes inspection.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, cancellation fees may apply based on how far the build has progressed.
